You won’t believe how quick and easy it is to make this 3-inch apple pie! The sweet rolls, apples and warm flavors of cinnamon come together to create a delicious iced cobbler. Serve as a dessert or a fun breakfast.
1 tube of original Pillsbury cinnamon rolls
21-ounce can of apple pie filling
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
Preheat the oven to 375F. Grease a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, stir the cut cinnamon rolls with the apple pie filling and the ground cinnamon. Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake the cake at 375F for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and the rolls are well cooked. Remove from oven and spread the icing from the cinnamon rolls package over the top. Serve hot.
