I’m obsessed with this Nashville Chicken in the Fryer. The taste is amazing and the best part is that it cooks so fast in the air fryer.
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds of boneless chicken breast
1 tsp of salt
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
2 tablespoons of hot sauce
2 tablespoons of pickle juice
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 large egg
1/2 cup of buttermilk
cooking spray
Sauce:
2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 cup of olive oil
