Bacon Ranch Brussels


1 pound of Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut with a glove
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
8 slices of bacon, chopped
Ranch dressing, drizzle
Freshly grated Parmesan, to be sprinkled


Preheat the oven to 425°. In a large baking dish, mix the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, oregano and paprika and then season with salt and pepper. Spread the bacon in the pan.
Bake until the brussels sprouts are tender and charred, 30 minutes.
Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with parmesan. Serve hot.
