This is one of my family’s favorite foods and what makes it even better?
IT’S READY IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES!
DELICIOUS SEASONED SHRIMP IN AN INCREDIBLE CREAM SAUCE!
1 pound of spaghetti or your favorite pasta of choice.
1 1/2 pounds of medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (or 1 pound of boneless, chopped chicken)
1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
3 teaspoons of paprika
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
Black pepper to taste
For the sauce
1/2 cup Hellmans mayonnaise
1/2 cup of Thai sweet chili sauce (on the Asian island)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
Mayonnaise can be replaced by plain yoghurt, cream, cream cheese or even sour cream.
In a large bowl, mix all the “sauce” ingredients together and set aside.
Cook the pasta, drain it.
Put the raw shrimp OR chicken in a medium bowl, add the paprika, 3 cloves of garlic, pepper
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add the raw coated shrimp OR chicken.
Stir constantly while cooking until no longer pink – about 10 minutes
Take it out of the fire and put it aside.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, shrimp, chicken and sauce and stir well.
