2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 c. of sugar
1 c. of water
1/2 package of strawberry gelatin
1 9-inch cake shell baked, cooled
Mix the cornstarch and sugar. Combine in a saucepan with water. Cook, stirring until thickened 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add the gelatin. Stir until dissolved.
Stir berries into gelatin before placing in pie shell. Pour into cake shell
let it cool down for 2 or 3 hours. Decorate with a whipped cover.
