This Blueberry Spinach Breakfast Smoothie blends two superfoods–blueberries and spinach–with old-fashioned oats, sour cream, milk, bananas, and crushed ice for a delicious breakfast, or anytime, smoothie.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup fresh blueberries, or frozen
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- ⅔ cup milk, any kind you have on hand
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup crushed ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for 45 seconds-1 minute.
- Serve immediately.
