INGREDIENTS
BUTTER CREAM FILLING
½ cup (1 stick or 113g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
4 cups (500g) of confectionery sugar
3 tablespoons of milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
1 pinch of salt
CHOCOLATE COATING
4 bars (4 ounces each) of semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
