Our Dulce de Corn is a delicious and easy Halloween gift. This homemade, unbaked Dulce de Corn only needs 5 ingredients and 15 minutes to make!
4 1/2 cups white chocolate chips (1 1/2 cups for each color)
3/4 cup heavy whipped cream (1/4 cup for each color)
3 teaspoons of vanilla extract (1 teaspoon of each color)
3 tablespoons of honey (1 tablespoon in each color)
yellow food coloring
food coloring orange
Line a 9×5 baking tray with aluminum foil or parchment.
Combine the white chips (1 1/2 cups), whipped cream (1/4 cup), vanilla and honey in a small saucepan (1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of vanilla).
Heat over medium-high heat.
Stir constantly until the potatoes melt and are smooth.
Add the yellow food coloring to your first batch and stir until the color blends. (I used about 8 drops)
Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared dish and cool it for 30 minutes.
Repeat the previous steps for the yellow layer. (For the orange I used about 12 drops of yellow and 4 drops of red)
Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled yellow layer and cool for at least 30 minutes.
Repeat the above steps.
Spread the mixture evenly over the cold orange layer and cool for at least 2 hours.
Remove the dulce de leche from the pan
