- ½ cup (100 grams) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg-room temperature
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 7 oz. (200 grams) finely grated carrots

- 8 oz. (220 grams) cream cheese -room temperature
- ¼ cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
- 1 egg
