Chicken Pot Pie Bubble Up Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cups of cooked and shredded chicken
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups of frozen vegetables (I used the mixed ones, any kind works)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt
2 cans (6 oz) of refrigerated cookies

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken, sour cream, cheddar cheese, vegetables, garlic powder and salt.
Cut each cookie into quarters and mix the pieces with the chicken mixture.
Spray a 9 x 13 mold with cooking spray and spread the chicken cookie mixture evenly.
Place pan in preheated oven, 375, and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until cooked through. *It may take longer depending on the oven
Take it out of the oven and serve!
