Popcorn with chocolate and peanut butter is a 4-ingredient popcorn recipe that is the perfect dessert or movie night snack. Plus, it’s great to give away at parties; it’s easily packaged and made in less than 20 minutes!
1 bag 6 ounces O Organic Kettle Corn
10 ounces, about 1 1/2 cups of vanilla wafers (like Ghiradelli) or white chocolate chips
1/2 cup of organic, unswirled peanut butter
1 cup O Organics 72% dark chocolate chips
Spread Kettle Corn on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Melt vanilla wafers with peanut butter in a microwave-safe container on 50% power for about 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth. Pour over the popcorn in a cookie sheet. Stir with hands to cover.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Place in a sandwich bag with the tip cut off and sprinkle over the popcorn.
Chill the popcorn to harden, then crack it and serve. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
