FOR THE PASTA:
4 tablespoons of melted and cooled butter
1-1 / 2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup of sugar
2 large egg yolks
420ml sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (3 lemons)
Preheat the oven to 350F / 180C.
Brush a square dish with melted butter.
Crush graham crackers
Then add the sugar and butter and mix.
Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Bake until lightly browned, 8 to 12 minutes.
Fresh crust, 30 minutes.
