Ingredients
▢4 slices of chopped bacon
8 ounces of smoked sausage cut into half-centimeter-thick slices.
▢½ diced onion
▢2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 cups low sodium chicken broth
▢1 carrot, sliced
▢1 sliced rib of celery
▢½ teaspoon dried basil
▢¼ teaspoon chili flakes optional.
▢6 ounces refrigerated tortellini stuffed with cheese and spinach.
▢1 cup heavy cream.
▢1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
▢1 cup fresh spinach, packed and chopped
▢¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
