Coconut is a very delicious and amazing fruit. I usually use it a lot in desserts, it gives a special flavor to anything you make it with. For example, this coconut cream pie! Check out the recipe!
You’ll need it:
1 box of yellow butter cake mix.
1 can of coconut cream.
1 can of Eagle brand milk.
8 ounces of cold whipped cream.
1 package of frozen and defrosted coconut.
In a 13x9x2 frying pan, bake the yellow butter cake mix according to package directions.
Pierce the cake with a fork while it is still hot.
In a bowl, mix the coconut cream and the Eagle’s milk can and pour it over the cake.
Refrigerate covered. Once cooled, cover with 8 ounces of cold whipped cream and a package of frozen coconut and store in the refrigerator.
