Crockpot Bowtie Casserole – Easy, Inexpensive And Extremely Delicious !

Switch the pan and throw everything into the slow cooker to find your freedom once again! Loaded with juicy golden ground meat and abundant bow tie pasta, this dish will fill your belly with dough. With fresh spinach hidden everywhere, straining some vegetables for the kids is a breeze with this dish.
They won’t even notice, will they? Accompany it with a crunchy salad and some crunchy bread and butter and you will have a hearty meal.

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 pounds of lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can (15 oz.) of tomato sauce
1 (15 o) can of stewed tomatoes
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
salt/pepper
10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed (you can also use fresh spinach)
16 oz. bow tie pasta, cooked
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups mozzarella, grated

DIRECTIONS:

Brown the ground meat with onions and garlic. Put in the electric pot and add the sauce, tomatoes and seasonings. Cook for 6-7 hours over low heat. Add the last 4 ingredients during the last 30 minutes of cooking and bring the pot to a high temperature. Add fresh spinach, pasta, parmesan and a cup of mozzarella and mix well. Add the last 1/2 cup of mozzarella to melt on top.
