Frosted Peanut Butter Cookie Cups

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking soda.
In a mixing bowl, beat the butter, vanilla, granulated sugar and light brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and mix well, scraping the sides of the bowl.
Mix with the peanut butter.
Add dry ingredients and mix until blended.
Roll two teaspoons of dough into a ball in one of the mini-muffin cups and press down lightly.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Place one mini Reese’s in each cup of cookies and allow cookies to cool in the muffin pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Cool completely before glazing with the chocolate cream.
