The best thing about leftover ham is that it gives you a chance to make a ham salad! You can make it in the food processor in an instant.
1 pound of cooked ham cut into cubes
¾ cup of mayonnaise
1 cup diced celery
black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons of sweet seasoning
2 teaspoons of mustard or dijon
½ cup chopped dill pickles
1 green onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
Put the diced ham in a food processor and press a few times to chop. You want it pretty thin but not a paste.
Place it in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients until it is creamy and smooth.
Serve with crackers or use it to make ham salad sandwiches.
