This delicious burger casserole recipe is simple to make and uses common ingredients that you probably already have on hand – it’s sure to be a family favorite!
1 pound of ground beef
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of tomato soup
1 can of whole kernel corn, drained
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. cooked and drained macaroni noodles
Grated cheddar cheese enough to cover the pan
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Cook macaroni noodles according to package directions.
Brown ground beef and onion. Add chili powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the cream soups and corn, and add them to the cooked burger. Add the macaroni, mix well.
Place in a 9×13 baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cover with grated cheese for the last 15 minutes. Enjoy!
