2 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of butter
16 ounces of cream cheese
4 TBS sugar
4 TBS milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
16 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups coconut flakes
2 TBS melted butter
Combine the flour, one cup of sugar and one cup of butter. Place the mixture in an ungreased 9 x 13 container.
Bake in oven 350 for 14-19 minutes. Cool down a bit.
Mix the cream cheese, 4 TBS of sugar, milk and eggs. Fold in vanilla, and pineapple drained. Spread on the baked crust.
It combines coconut and 2 TBS of melted butter. Sprinkle over the filling of the pineapple layer. Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes.
