This healthy chocolate cake is super easy to make. All you need is 5 basic ingredients and 5 minutes of work. So, if you are looking for sugar-free cake, this recipe is for you.
- 2 Ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 33g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 60g dark chocolate
- Preheat oven to 170C. prepare a 16cm round cake pan.
- In a blender place bananas, eggs, cocoa powder and baking powder. Blend Just until combined and smooth.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- When the cake is still hot, place dark chocolate cubes on top of the cake and allow to melt. Then spread evenly and allow to cool.
- Serve and enjoy!
