Hot Ham and Cheese Pinwheels

We love the easy and delicious grinder appetizers! These hot ham and cheese grinders are undoubtedly one of our favorite grinder recipes. Hot brown sugar glaze is the best topping to finish this easy recipe!

Ingredients

Pinwheels
1 can Pillsbury™ of classic refrigerated pizza crust
3/4 pound of ham from the deli (thinly sliced, but not shaved)
12 slices of Swiss cheese (thinly sliced)

Glaze
1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) of butter
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of poppy seeds

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cover a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Unroll the pizza dough on a cutting board and press it into a rectangle approximately 13×18 inches. Cover with slices of ham and cheese. Starting from the longest side of the rectangle, roll up the edge tightly. When you reach the end, pinch the seam and turn the roll over so that the seam is upside down. Cut into 12 slices, approximately 1 inch wide. Place them on a prepared baking sheet.
Then combine butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and poppy seeds in a sauce pan over medium heat. Beat until butter melts and glaze is smooth and combined. Pour evenly over the rolls.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours or bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
