The idea of living in a small house is certainly a good one. You can live without paying rent or mortgage, and occupy only the space you need. While living in a small house is good for one person or a couple, cramming an entire family into such a small space is not really ideal. And that’s exactly why this inventive family took two small houses and connected them with a solarium to make a bigger and more beautiful space!
Viva Collectiv designed and built this small house for a family of four. This particular model, called “La Ohana”, consists of two small houses of 174 square feet connected by a 240 square foot solarium with a glass roof.
