HOW TO MAKE A WENDY’S FROSTY

A delicious low-calorie drink I found on a forum for those times when you want chocolate. I’ll drink this even after I reach my goal. It’s that good.

Our homemade Wendys Frosty recipe is the latest imitation recipe, made with only 3 simple points! You can make this shake in minutes, and it tastes just like the real thing!

I’ve tried for a long time to recreate that classic ice cream flavor… without success. Don’t get me wrong, I made some delicious chocolate smoothies, but none that were right so far!

When I was a kid, I was a big fan of the Wendy’s Frosty. Okay, who am I kidding… I still am! Now they taste like vanilla, but my heart still belongs to the original chocolate flavor.

LIKE MAKING A WENDY’S FROSTY – 3 POINTS:

INGREDIENTS

1 CUP Skimmed milk
2 tablespoons of unsweetened, fat-free chocolate pudding mix
1 TSP vanilla extract
1 TSP Sugar-free cocoa
1/2 TBSP Splenda (2-3 small packages)
2 TBL Cool-Whip Free (optional)
7 Ice cubes

HOW TO DO:

Put everything in a blender that cuts through the ice. Blend until everything is well mixed and all the ice is crushed. The mixture should be nice and thick. I like to pour the drink into a Starbucks glass or some other attractive looking container!

This recipe makes almost 20 ounces, which personally I think is too much for one serving. I suggest splitting this recipe in half or sharing the full version of the recipe with someone special.
