Crumb Topping:
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
A pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of light brown sugar
5 spoonfuls of sugar
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly chilled
Cake:
1 ½ all-purpose flour cups
1 teaspoon of baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons of unsalted butter softened
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
grated lemon peel of 1 lemon
2 eggs
¾ cup of sour cream
1 cup of lemon curd (store-bought or homemade)
Stuffed with cream cheese:
8 oz. of softened cream cheese
1 egg
½ teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons of sugar
Homemade lemon curd:
½ cup of lemon juice
2 teaspoons lemon peel
½ cup of sugar
2 eggs
5 tablespoons of unsalted butter
