This Reese’s peanut butter-laden crust is bursting with the perfect combination of flavors, but it’s a crust, so it’s easy!
3 1/2 cups of chocolate chips I used from milk chocolate, divided
1 1/2 cups of creamy peanut butter I used JIF
1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
3 TBSPs softened butter
1 cup of “Reese’s Pieces
Line a 10 by 15 inch tray with waxed paper.
Melt 1 1/2 cups of chocolate and spread it on the waxed paper. It will not reach the edge of the pan. Put it in the refrigerator to harden it.
Combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar and butter. I put mine in the microwave during mixing for 10 or 15 seconds to help the mixture. Spread it evenly over the chocolate layer.
Put the tray back in the refrigerator to set.
Melt the remaining 2 cups of chocolate chips and then spread them over the peanut butter layer. Cover with Reese’s pieces. Let them settle and then set aside. Store in an airtight container.
