Make your kitchen cabinets sparkle like new with these 6+ tips

4. Ice

To remove sticky or gooey foods from your cabinets, put a few ice cubes in a Ziploc bag and hold it over the spot until it hardens. Use a plastic knife or a spoon to scrape off the food. If there is still food stuck on the cabinet, scrub over it with a paste made from vinegar and salt.

5. Baking soda and coconut oil (h/t One Good Thing)
Mix 1 part coconut oil with 2 parts baking soda until a slightly thick paste forms. Use a sponge (or your fingers) to rub the mixture onto your cabinets. If you have grooves in the cabinet that are difficult to clean, scrub those areas with an old toothbrush. When you’re finished scrubbing, wipe everything off with a damp cloth.

6. Clorox (h/t Clorox)
If you need to clean and disinfect your cabinets, bring in the tough stuff. Mix 1/2 cup of Clorox bleach into 1 gallon of water, and use a sponge to scrub this mixture onto your cabinets. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes to let it disinfect the cabinets before rinsing with warm water. Finish by letting the cabinets air dry.
