15 Double Stuffed Oreos
30 Mini Oreos
1/2 cup white icing
1 cup Red Candy Melts
Wax paper
Wilton Bow Icing decorations

Instructions
Gently open and remove the glaze from a handful of OREO Mini Cookies with a knife.
Make Minnie and Mickey’s ears using the frosting as glue to stick the mini cookies inside the larger cookies. Allow the frosting to dry completely before decorating.
Melt the red caramel in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat until the caramel is smooth and creamy.
Dip half a cookie into the melted caramel, gently shake the cookie to soften the rough edges and place it on a piece of waxed paper to cool and harden.
For Christmas Crackers: Soak in a bowl of Christmas-themed candy before the red candy hardens.
Add Minnie’s ribbon by placing some white icing on the candy ribbon and gently gluing it onto the cookie.
