1 cup unsalted butter, melted
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 cup of light brown sugar packed
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
3 ¼ all-purpose flour cups
¾ cup of chocolate chips

A 14-ounce can of nonfat condensed milk.
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
