- 1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (64 grams) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (25 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
