Ingredients

1 prime rib roast with or without bone (any size)
Garlic powder
Go out
Pepper

How to do it

Preheat the oven to 550 degrees F.
Rub salt, pepper and garlic powder on the meat. Place the meat in a shallow roasting pan with the fat side up.
Roast at 550 to 5 minutes per pound for RARE, or 6 minutes per pound for MEDIUM and 7 minutes per pound for WELL DONE. Turn off oven at end of cooking time and DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR FOR TWO HOURS.
