The raspberry and cheese cookies are very easy to prepare and very tasty – they are a great addition to your vacation cookie platter!
Ingredients
1 prepared sugar cookie dough
cream cheese glaze
canned raspberries
Instructions
Form the dough into 36 balls of uniform size. Make a depression in the center of each one.
Fill half of the well with glazed cream cheese and the other half with raspberry preserves.
Bake according to the instructions on the cookie dough (it was about 8-10 minutes at 350F for ours).
