REESE’S COOKIES – NO BAKE KRISPIES

These unbaked Krispie Reese’s cookies are the bomb! Everyone’s going to rave about them and they’re SO easy to make! My boys are convinced that this is the best cookie recipe ever…..it’s so hard to eat just one!

INGREDIENTS

4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 cup of peanut butter
5 full-size peanut butter cups from Reese’s
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Line your baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set it aside. In a large glass bowl, combine your corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter. Bake over high heat for 2 minutes. Then cook for 30 seconds until the mixture is well blended.
Pour the peanut butter mixture over the Rice Krispies. Stir until well blended. Quickly mix the chocolate chunks while the mixture is still hot. Stir until completely combined.
Allow to cool for a couple of minutes. Cut your Reese’s candy bars into pieces. Add them to your mixture and combine.
Remove the balls with a full table spoon. Place the balls on the wax paper.
Let them sit for about 15 minutes and serve.
