Rolo Pretzel’s turtles are one of the easiest sweets to make! The combination of salty pretzels with layers of Rolo chocolate candy and covered with delicious nuts. These are great holiday gifts that everyone loves!
INGREDIENTS
1 11 oz bag of Rolo candy (50 Rolo’s)
50 mini pretzels
50 walnut halves
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Line an 18″ by 13″ baking sheet with parchment paper. Line the mini pretzels in a single layer on your baking sheet, then place a Rolo candy in the center of each pretzel. Heat in preheated oven until chocolate and caramel have softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Remove from oven and press a nut into the center of each Rolo. Transfer the baking tray to the refrigerator and cool until the chocolate has hardened.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
