Salted Caramel Fudge

With a sweet and salty taste, the Salty Caramel candy will excite your taste buds!

INGREDIENTS

3 cups (600 g) granulated sugar
3/4 cup (170g) of butter
2/3 cup (168g) evaporated milk
1 bag (10 ounces) of candy pieces
1 jar (7 ounces) of marshmallow fluff
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons sea salt (I used a Himalayan pink salt)

INSTRUCTIONS

For a 9×13 inch tray with parchment paper.
In a large heavy pan, over medium heat, mix sugar, butter and evaporated milk.
Bring mixture to a boil, and leave on heat until mixture registers 234°F on a caramel thermometer (about 5 minutes), stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add caramel pieces, until well combined.
Beat in the marshmallow lint, vanilla extract and sea salt.
Transfer to the prepared pan, sprinkling a little more sea salt, and let it cool down for 2 hours before cutting.
