2 graham cracker rectangles
2 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
Line a metal baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Break the graham crackers into 4 small rectangles.
Curl them up close together on the tray.
Spread the chocolate chips and marshmallows evenly over the cookies.
Place the pan under the grill about 6 inches from the heat. Grill until the marshmallows swell and look light brown. Watch carefully so the cookies don’t burn.
Carefully remove the pan from under the grill.
