Ingredients

- ▢8 ounces cream cheese
- ▢1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ▢1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ▢¼ cup sugar
- ▢½ cup heavy cream

- ▢4 cups strawberries washed & halved
- ▢¼ cup sugar
- ▢½ cup water
- ▢1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ▢3 tablespoons strawberry Jell-O
- ▢2 tablespoons cornstarch
