Ingredients
▢10 ounces of spinach
▢2 cups of hulled and sliced strawberries
▢1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
▢2/3 cup candied pecans or 1/2 cup toasted almonds
▢4 ounces of goat or feta cheese
▢1 dice lawyer
▢2 teaspoons of lemon juice
WHITE BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE
▢1/2 cup olive oil
▢1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
▢3 tablespoons of white balsamics
▢2 tablespoons of honey
▢salt & pepper to taste
