Stuffed with beef seasoned with homemade taco seasoning and all your favorite taco fixings, Taco Stuffed Shells will be your go-to recipe for the next Taco Tuesday!
Ingredients
- 1 box jumbo shells, cooked al dente
- 1 pound ground beef, browned
- 2 tablespoons homemade taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Mexian cheese, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, diced for topping
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, diced for topping
- 1/4 cup sour cream, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, seasoning, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, corn, and black beans. Make sure you have drained and rinsed the black beans well.
- Stuff the ground beef mixture into each shell.
- Top with the Mexican cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Top with tomato, jalapeno, and sour cream.
