Looking for an easy Halloween dessert recipe? These white chocolate truffles from Mom are a fun and festive Halloween gift. Made with delicious white chocolate, cookies and Coke, these cute mummy truffles will be the hit of your Halloween party.
2 cups of crushed cookies
1 cup of Coca-Cola
4 ounces of melted chocolate
2 ounces of melted butter
12 ounces of white chocolate
color black glazed
Put the crushed cookies in a bowl, add the coca-cola and set aside for 5 minutes.
Add the melted chocolate and melted butter and mix well.
Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge for half an hour.
Roll 1 inch balls and place them on parchment paper. Freeze them for at least half an hour.
Melt 10 ounces of white chocolate and drop the frozen balls in the melted chocolate, and with a fork transfer them to the parchment paper (gently remove excess chocolate), then put them back in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Melt the rest of the white chocolate, transfer it to the ziploc bag, cut the corner and sprinkle with truffles.
Use the black icing to make 2 points for the eyes.
