This Griddle Cakes recipe has been in our family for generations and for good reason – there’s a secret ingredient that makes them super delicious! I’ve eaten them for as long as I can remember thanks to Grandma, and now my family loves them. I think yours will too!
Ingredients
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon melted butter, plus 1 tablespoon cooking butter
