500g of butter
6 large eggs
2 cups of sugar
12 cups of sifted flour
12 teaspoons of baking powder
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup of raisins
350 ml of custard from overseas
1tbs of vanilla essence
HOW TO DO IT:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the pan.
Cream of sugar and butter. It does not have to be soft. Rub the mixture of flour, baking powder, raisins and salt until it looks like breadcrumbs
Beat the eggs and vanilla to one side and add them to the mixture.
Add the custard and knead until the ingredients are well combined.
Roll up on a surface of sprinkled flour and cut as desired
Brush with egg water and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
