Buffalo Chicken Sliders are the perfect snack. Whether it’s game day or a regular day of the week, these Buffalo Chicken Sliders are the perfect appetizer. If you like them, be sure to check out my homemade buffalo sauce.
3 cups (325 g) roasted chicken, shredded
1 package of Kings Hawaiian Rolls, 12 units.
1/2 cup (123 g) Ranchero Dressing
1/2 cup of buffalo sauce
1/4 cup (57g) melted butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups (226 g) cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
In another medium bowl, mix chicken, cheese and buffalo sauce.
Cut your rolls in half, place the bottom half in a prepared 9×13 baking dish.
Spread the chicken mixture on the bottom half of the rolls
Place the top half of the rolls on top and brush the top of the rolls with the melted butter mixture.
Cover the plate with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes
Remove the aluminum foil and bake for 5 more minutes (or until the tops of the sliders turn golden brown).
Remove from oven, slice and serve!
