2 quarts tomato juice

1 can of beef broth
Place the carrots, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, peppers and celery in a large pot. Add the onion soup mixture, tomato juice, beef broth and enough water to cover the vegetables. Simmer until vegetables are tender. It can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

To begin with, you need to prepare large amounts of soup to eat throughout the week.
