Air fryer cheeseburgers are rolled up cookies filled and sealed with seasoned ground beef, bacon and lots of cheese, cooked in an air fryer for a tasty appetizer.
Ingredients
4 slices of bacon
1 pound of ground meat
½ cup yellow onion, chopped
1 teaspoon of seasoned salt
1 tablespoon of hamburger seasoning
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 can (8 beads) Pillsbury Grand cookies
2 cups spicy cheddar cheese, grated and divided
½ cup of chopped pickles, optional
ketchup, for wetting (optional)
mustard, for wetting (optional)
