Cheesy Bacon Chicken Dip is an incredible combination of juicy shredded chicken, crispy bacon, melted cheese, all in a creamy ranch base that will get you addicted in no time. If you’re a salsa fan, then be sure to check out my jalapeño corn sauce and my white bean chili cheese sauce.
12 ounces of softened cream cheese
1 cup of sour cream
1 package of dry ranch mix
5 slices of cooked and shredded bacon, reserved 1 tablespoon for decoration
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 ½ cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 green onion, thinly sliced, for garnish
Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream and dry ranch mixture until well combined. Add bacon, 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded chicken, and hot sauce.
Pour contents into a medium skillet. Top with remaining cup cheddar cheese and bacon.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is hot and melted.
Garnish with green onions. Serve hot with corn tortillas.
