Cheesy, saucy, and loaded with hearty ingredients, Tater Tot Casserole is comfort food at its finest!
Ingredients
- ▢1 bag tater tots
- ▢1 pound ground beef
- ▢1 onion diced
- ▢2 cups frozen or fresh vegetables* diced
- ▢1 can mushroom soup
- ▢⅓ cup milk
- ▢¼ teaspoon oregano
- ▢¼ teaspoon dried parsley
- ▢salt and pepper to taste
- ▢2 cups cheddar cheese shredded, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef and onion over medium heat until no pink remains. Drain any fat.
- In a bowl mix the vegetables, soup, milk, seasonings, beef mixture, and ½ cup shredded cheese together and spread into a casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Top with tater tots and bake 40-50 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and the tots are golden brown.
