KFC’s coleslaw is the perfect summer side dish and tastes exactly like the real thing. It takes just a few minutes to toss with crisp cabbage and carrots and is so creamy and delicious!
Ingredients
8 c. finely chopped cabbage (you can use 2 bags of coleslaw)
1/4 c. grated carrot
Dress:
1/2 c. of mayonnaise
1/4 c. of whey
1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
2 1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1/3 c. of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 c. of milk
Instructions
Combine the cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. Or open the bags and throw them in a big bowl. Combine dressing ingredients and shake well in a small bowl or use a jar to shake.
