You will need
4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 cup of grated Italian cheese.
1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1 cup of cream cheese (soft is great because it’s easier to work with, but if you’re in a hurry, it’s no big deal)
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
1 TSP of Italian seasoning (1/2 TSP if your children prefer less seasoning!)
Salt and pepper to taste
Other necessary supplies:

Preheat the oven to 375º.
In the mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Italian cheese, chopped garlic and Italian seasoning.
Prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray
Put the chicken in a prepared baking dish
Add salt and pepper to taste (if desired)
Spread the garlic cream mixture evenly over the chicken with a spatula.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 45 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked
Remove the aluminum foil
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over each piece of chicken.
Cook, uncovered, for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
