6 large boneless and skinless chicken breasts
6 slices of good quality Swiss cheese
1 10 3/4 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of chardonnay
1 1/2 cups herbal stuffing mix in box
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray and place the chicken on the bottom. Place a slice of cheese on each piece of chicken.
In a small bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and wine until smooth.
Pour wine mixture over chicken.
Cover with the dry stuffing mixture.
Bake covered for 40 minutes. Remove cover and bake for another 20 minutes; or until filling is toasted and chicken is cooked through. Chicken can be tricky, so be sure to check the cooking status before eating.
Serve; put the extra wine and stuffing mixture from the dish on top of the chicken; enjoy!
