These Chicken Tenders are covered with a mixture of bread crumbs and then baked until crisp!
1 ½ pounds of chicken breast or whole chicken breasts1 ½ pounds of chicken breast or whole chicken breasts

1 cup of cornflakes crumbs1 cup of cornflakes crumbs
1 cup of panko crumbs 1 cup of panko crumbs
½ teaspoon garlic powder½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of paprika1 teaspoon of paprika
salt and pepper and pepper
2 beaten eggs with 2 tablespoons of water. 2 beaten eggs with 2 spoonfuls of water.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a pan with parchment paper.
Cut chicken breasts into 3/4″ pieces if using whole chicken breasts.
Mix flour and seasoned salt in a bowl.
Combine corn crumbs, panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Lightly coat the chicken in the flour, dip it in the eggs and finally dip it in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the chicken in a prepared tray and spray with cooking spray or oil.
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until well cooked.
If using whole chicken breasts, freeze for 15-20 minutes before cutting.
